Wednesday at Ross Baptist church

10:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Horizons meets regularly on Wednesdays for fellowship, food and fun. The day starts with communion for those who wish, followed by coffee and biscuits. After this there is a choice of activities with some people taking part in chair based exercises and others joining in games or listening to stories/poems. After this we are treated to an excellent lunch of homemade soup followed by jacket potatoes served with a selection of fillings. The meal is followed with a short time of prayer for the concerns brought by the group. After lunch we listen to a speaker; we have a variety of speakers who talk briefly about their passions or experiences.
