REGISTRATION FORM
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to our Kingdom Crew ‘Loaves and Fishes’ Supper Club!
Unfortunately this scheme is only for families with primary aged or younger children.
Once you register, you will receive confirmation of registration.
You can choose to receive on Wednesday 23rd December a bag containing all you need, including a recipe card, to enable you to cook a family meal together and feed a family of four (we will add more for larger families), or a bag of store cupboard essentials.
Each bag will also have an activity for the children.
As things stand at the moment, we will deliver bags to families regardless of whether you live out of town or not. Please ensure that you are home from 10.30am onwards to receive the bag.
