We are delighted to be able to welcome you to Ross Baptist Church, for an
‘In Person’ Nativity Service on Sunday 20th December.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate a limited number of people who have pre-booked, to ensure we meet ‘Social Distancing’ requirements.

About this Event

Join us for a live screening of our YouTube service with introduction and prayers from Neil Bennett and Karen Berry.
(Doors will be open from 10:00am to 10:25am)

So we kindly request all attendees to arrive as early as possible, to allow us to verify registration in good time, admission will not be possible after 10.25am.

Only those who have pre-registered will be admitted.

A few important points

  • Doors will open at 10.00am.
  • Entrance is only by the front door.
  • Face coverings are always to be worn within the building.
  • Hand sanitisation will be mandatory upon arrival.
  • You must always observe 2m social distancing from those not in your family/bubble when in the building, including those taking the service. Children and Young people must sit with you and not be free to move about the church and must stay 2m away from anyone else not in your family/bubble.
  • There will be no congregational singing.
  • There will be limited use of the toilet.
  • You must follow the instructions of the stewards.
  • We regret that we are unable to provide refreshments, however you may bring your own.
  • Windows will be open during the service for ventilation, and the heating will be on low so please wear a coat!
  • We won’t be passing around offering baskets, we encourage you to give by standing order or bank transfer. Contact the office for our bank details (07341 284 129)
  • A full Covid-19 risk assessment has been undertaken to ensure that we comply with government guidance. The building has been fully sanitised before the service.
  • If you have been identified by the government as being in the vulnerable category (aged 70 and over or with pre-existing medical conditions), we strongly advise that you should stay at home and watch the service online.
  • Do not attend if you have any Covid-19 symptoms.

 

Each ticket is only valid for one person. Please ensure the correct number of tickets are booked for each member of the household that will be in attendance, including children and excluding youth.

CONSENT FOR PLACES OF WORSHIP AND THOSE HANDLING SENSITIVE INFORMATION

In order to support the NHS Test and Trace programme, we are taking contact details (name and telephone number).

In line with guidance issued by the Department for Health and Social Care, we will keep your details safely and in compliance with GDPR legislation for 21 days before securely disposing of or deleting them. We will only share your details with NHS Test and Trace, if asked, in the event that it is needed to help stop the spread of coronavirus. We will not use your details for any other purposes or pass them on to anyone else.

We request that anyone with a persistent cough does not attend the service in person, until all symptoms have cleared up.
